How to place an order |
| |
| Once you have placed an item in your basket, this is what
happens next.... |
| |
| Step 1 |
| The basket screen allows you to select the country of delivery
and the method of payment. The screen shows you all the amounts (item
value, shipping and handling costs and discounts). |
| |
| Step 2 |
| Enter a delivery address and, if you wish, a different billing
address. |
| |
| Step 3 |
Check your order form once again, and
select button "Amend" if you need to make any changes to your
order. Here, you also need to accept the GTCs (General Terms and
Conditions) and in particular the right of cancellation.
Afterwards, you will first receive confirmation that your order
has been received. The purchase agreement only comes into effect
by sending off the order acknowledgement. Please print out all
the documents for safekeeping.

Payment |
| |
We offer you the following methods of payment:
• By credit card:
Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express, and Visa. In addition to
the card number, the validity dates and the credit card issuer, we
also require the security number from your credit card. The security
number is the three-digit (Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa) or four-digit
(American Express) number which appears on the reverse of your
credit card to ensure secure payments via the Internet. We only
debit your credit card with the invoice amount upon shipment of your
order.
• By invoice:
You receive an invoice from us, which gives you the convenience
of paying the invoice amount by credit transfer. You commit to
settling the invoice amount within 14 days of receiving your order.
This method of payment is only available to our Premium customers.
• By cash on delivery:
You pay the invoice amount on delivery directly to the courier/postman.
The post office charges a handling fee of 2 Euros in addition to the
COD amount.
• By cash in advance:
We wait for your credit transfer to be received and ship your
order as soon as the item ordered comes into stock and your credit
transfer has reached our account. Please note that credit transfers
(also online) can take up to 1 to 3 working days to clear at the
bank, to which 1 working day must be added for the internal posting
by our accounts department. Consequently, for urgent orders, we
advise you not to opt for payment by credit transfer! Advantage:
we offer customers a 2% discount for advance payment, which is shown
immediately in the basket screen.
If you fall into arrears with your payments, we reserve the
right to invoice you with reminder charges.
